Peacefully passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on 14th February, aged 65 years.
Beloved Husband of Helen, much loved Dad of Ben, Son of the late Jack & Dorothy, dearly loved Brother, Uncle, Nephew and Cousin. Jeff will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his family and friends.
